I have the honour to draw your attention to Resolution 7/2023, Implementation of Article 9, Farmers’ Rights, by which the Governing Body requested the Secretariat to carry out and finalize the assessment of the state of implementation of Article 9 of the International Treaty, and present the full report to the Governing Body, in accordance with paragraph 12 of Resolution 7/2022.
