You will recall that the First Global Symposium on Farmers’ Rights was held in 2023 in New Delhi, India. At its Tenth Session that same year, the Governing Body of the International Treaty encouraged Contracting Parties to consider hosting future Symposiums as a platform for sharing experience and learning from each other in support of the realization of Farmers’ Rights.
