Конвенция о биологическом разнообразии
С момента принятия Нагойского протокола Управляющий орган призывает Договаривающиеся Стороны обеспечить последовательность и взаимодополняемость законодательных, административных и политических мер, принимаемых Сторонами в целях осуществления как Договора, так и Конвенции о биологическом разнообразии и Нагойского протокола к ней. Оба секретариата подписали меморандум о сотрудничестве и организуют совместные семинары.
Комиссия по генетическим ресурсам для производства продовольствия и ведения сельского хозяйства
Комиссия выступила площадкой для переговорного процесса по выработке Договора, а продолжающееся сотрудничество обеспечивает согласованность политики и взаимодополняемость деятельности обоих органов в сфере генетических ресурсов растений для производства продовольствия и ведения сельского хозяйства. Оба органа приняли Совместное заявление о сотрудничестве, а между их бюро и секретариатами налажено тесное взаимодействие.
Мобилизация ресурсов
Члены Договора отмечают позитивные результаты стратегии сотрудничества с соответствующими международными организациями в целях содействия реализации Стратегии финансирования, в особенности ее Фонда распределения выгод, и признают важность и ценность развития партнерских связей в том, что касается мобилизации ресурсов, составления программ и эффективности функционирования Фонда.
Согласованность политики
Управляющий орган поручил Секретарю налаживать и поддерживать сотрудничество с другими соответствующими международными организациями и договорами по вопросам, охватываемым Договором, и продолжать участвовать в профильных совещаниях, в том числе Международного союза по охране новых сортов растений, Всемирной организации здравоохранения, Всемирной организации интеллектуальной собственности, Всемирной торговой организации и Рамочной конвенции Организации Объединенных Наций об изменении климата.
