《生物多样性公约》
自《名古屋议定书》通过以来，管理机构呼吁缔约方确保为实施《条约》和《生物多样性公约》或其《名古屋议定书》采取的立法、行政或政策措施保持一致且相互支持。两个秘书处已签署合作备忘录并主办了联合研讨会。
粮食和农业遗传资源委员会
委员会是《条约》磋商论坛，当前合作有助于这两个机构在粮农植物遗传资源领域的政策具有一致性和互补性。这两个机构通过了一项合作联合声明，其主席团和秘书处之间联系密切。
资源筹集
《条约》成员认识到与相关国际组织战略合作的积极成果，有助于实施《筹资战略》，特别是惠益分享基金运作，还认识到就资源筹措、规划和基金运作成效建立伙伴关系的重要性和价值。
政策一致性
管理机构请秘书就《条约》所涉事项与其他相关国际组织和条约建立和保持合作，并继续参加国际植物新品种保护联盟、世界卫生组织、世界知识产权组织、世界贸易组织和《联合国气候变化框架公约》等举办的相关会议。
