Soft Launch of The Technical Platform on the Measurement and Reduction of Food Loss and Waste

We are pleased to invite you to the special Virtual Event for the launch of The Technical Platform on the Measurement and Reduction of Food Loss and Waste.

The event will take place on July 29, at 15:00 hours (Rome time) and focus on this dynamic Technical Platform as a new model to access information and share and exchange knowledge. The Platform integrates the Community of Practice on Food Loss and Waste established with funding support from the Swiss Development Cooperation under a technical project collaboratively implemented by the Rome-based Agencies. The Platform effectively serves as a gateway to accessing information on the measurement, reduction, policies, alliances, actions and examples of successful models involving innovative technologies and approaches applied globally to reduce food loss and waste, with links to other related platforms.
