Summary and recommendations of the High Level Panel of Experts on Food Security and Nutrition (HLPE) report on “Food losses and waste in the context of sustainable food systems” are now available. The Committee on World Food Security (CFS), in its Thirty-ninth Session (October2012) requested the HLPE to prepare the report for presentation to the Forty-first Session of the CFS,13-18 October 2014 in Rome.
