The Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investment and Fisheries (MPCEIP), through its Vice-Ministry of Aquaculture and Fisheries, and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations in cooperation with the European Commission, concluded a working day that resulted in the development of a national strategy and an action plan to prevent and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing in the country.
