水：宝贵的资源

水的价值远不止其经济价值，“2021年世界水日”为人们珍惜水资源提供了机遇。水对我们的家庭、饮食、文化、健康、教育、经济和自然环境的完整性至关重要。如果我们忽视了其中的任一价值，就有可能造成这一有限的、不可替代资源的管理不善。

《2020年粮食及农业状况》
本报告就灌溉农业中普遍存在的水资源短缺问题、雨养农业中普遍存在的水资源不足问题以及受影响人口数量，提供了新的估计数字。 

Unpacking water tenure for improved food security and sustainable development
