The Sackler Institute for Nutrition Science and the Global Pulse Confederation, with the support of Pulse Canada, will host this event at the New York Academy of Sciences, focusing on health, nutrition, and food innovation.
This inaugural conference will look at the contribution of pulses in healthy and sustainable diets, examine how pulses can make significant impacts on public health, and explore opportunities for enhancing these benefits broadly through food system innovations. The conference is presented by The Sackler Institute for Nutrition Science and Bush Brothers & Company. Organizing sponsors include the Global Pulse Confederation, American Pulse Association, and Pulse Canada.
