It was developed under the legal component of the project that supports the Hunger-Free Latin America and the Caribbean Initiative (GCP/RLA/160/SPA), named: Strengthening the legal frameworks to achieve food security and nutrition, financed by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and implemented by FAO’s Legal Office in collaboration with the Right to Food Team and FAO’s Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean.
