WFP to reduce food loss in Africa
30 Sep 2013
The World Food Programme (WFP) has initiated a project to help smallholder farmers increase their production and food security by reducing post-harvest food loss. The project will roll out in Burkina Faso but will expand to other sub-Saharan countries in time. Part of the project includes testing pest-proof storage bags with SAVE FOOD partner, Vestergaard.
