It is a summary of the results of a study focusing on the haku wiñay productive project. The authors conducted an impact assessment of haku wiñay and a soft skills programme that was provided to these users. The assessment included the beneficiaries of the juntos conditioned transfer programme and the case of haku wiñay was also used as a basis for an institutional analysis of coordination with the juntos programme.
