This study is therefore intended to assess the coherence between Social Protection, health and nutrition services and agriculture through the Improved Nutrition through Integrated Basic Social Services with Social Cash Transfer (IN-SCT) in the Productive Safety Net Programme (PSNP) setting in Ethiopia.

The IN-SCT, as an integral part of PSNP4, was designed to pilot specific elements of PSNP4 (i.e. health/nutrition service linkage and nutrition sensitive agriculture) for scaling up during the roll out of the programme.
