“Healthful Quinoa from Healthy Soils”

On the occasion of the International Year of Soils, Eataly and FAO are collaborating on a series of events highlighting the relationship between healthy soils and food. The first in the series, “Healthful Quinoa from Healthy Soils”, will showcase the connection between soils and quinoa production. Co-sponsored by the Permanent Representative of Peru, this event and will take place on Wednesday, 22 July at 18.00 hours on the third floor of Eataly Rome.
