Healthy soils and coffee production: Building sustainable communities

On the occasion of the International Year of Soils, Eataly and FAO are collaborating on a series of events highlighting the relationship between healthy soils and food. The second in the series, “Healthy soils and coffee production: Building sustainable communities”, will showcase the connection between soils and coffee production. Co-sponsored by the Permanent Representative of Guatemala, this event and will take place on Wednesday, 23 September at 18.00 hours on the third floor of Eataly Rome.

The event will feature brief presentations by an FAO technical expert and the Ambassador of Guatemala, Her Excellency Stephanie Hochstetter Skinner-Klée. Afterwards, guests will be invited to sample coffee and desserts prepared by pastry chef Tiziano Mita.
