FAO has developed a toolkit to help governments to design, monitor and evaluate the impact of their investment in land administration programmes. The guide provides assessment tools for the different stages of the project cycle: level one - the entire society and land administration institutions; level two - subnational entities; and level three - households whose land rights are to be secured. This online tool includes links to the Voluntary Guidelines on the Responsible Governance of Tenure of Land, Fisheries and Forests and the Land Governance Assessment Framework.
