Agricultural engineering in development – Advanced blacksmithing: a training manual

Advanced blacksmithing is the last of three FAO technical papers. As in the first two manuals, the practice jobs increase in difficulty and assume the acquisition of techniques and tools resulting from earlier descriptions. This manual begins with the forging of a blacksmith's tools and continues on to the production of tools for mechanics and carpenters and of hardware and tools for the fabrication and repair of agricultural tools and equipment commonly used by small-scale farmers in developing countries.
