Lecture "Sustainable Development Goals with focus on sustainable agriculture (SDG 2.4.1)"

FAO is the custodian agency for SDG Indicator 2.4.1 "Proportion of agricultural area under productive and sustainable agriculture". This indicator measures progress in achieving more productive and sustainable agriculture. It is made up of relevant sub-indicators that will provide governments with strategic information for evidence based policies.

Organized by FAO and the University of Peshawar in the framework of the Diploma in economy, the lecture with Arbab Asfandiyar Khan, co-coordinator of SDG indicator 2.4.1, FAO Statistics Division, covered the topic "Sustainable Development Goals with focus on sustainable agriculture (SDG 2.4.1)".
