Delivered by the Wageningen Centre for Development Innovation (CDI), this course will be held from 27 November to 15 December 2017 in Wageningen, The Netherlands. The course intends to demonstrate to participants to which extent and in which manner markets can be used to induce and prolong a positive change. It will cover market economic dynamics, ways to engage small-scale farmers and rural residents in markets, food market governance, a strategic planning process and the tools for developing appropriate and targeted action plans, project proposals and/or programs.
