Titled "Mechanisms and innovative tools to promote inclusive agricultural value chains: experiences of Senegal", this learning route will be organized by PROCASUR and IFAD between 23 November and 2 December 2016 in Senegal. This learning route will include the visits to local champions, local communities and private sector representatives in different regions of Senegal:

1. Agricultural Value Chain Support Project (Projet d’Appui aux filières agricoles, IFAD and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Equipment Projects, in Kaolack and Kaffrine, Senegal;
2. Naatal Mbay Project, USAID, in the region of Saint-Louis; and
3. Project of valuation of local cereals for manufacturing bakery products (Projet de valorisation des céréales locales par la fabrication de produits de panification), Senegalese Association for the Promotion of Development at the Ground Level), in the region of Dakar.
