This manual provides a set of tools that are available on gender and value chains. The tools have been selected from manuals produced by USAID, SNV, GIZ, ILO and other organizations. The tools provided are for data collection and guiding the facilitation of participatory processes in order to involve make and female value chain actors. The publication is not a training manual per se, but can and has been used in training programmes and training courses on gender and value chain development. It has been found to be a successful training aid to such training programmes and courses.
