The FAO conference will provide an update on the current situation of fusarium wilt of musaceae, tropical race 4. The event will cover several topics such the estimation of TR4 impact, biosecurity measures, surveillance, management and impact estimation methodologies. The event also aims to provide an overview on the recent mobile applications and remote sensing technologies, promising germplasm clones and procedures for the safe introduction of plant materials of musaceae.
