"How to ensure access to healthy food for all? What are the levers available to elected officials in large cities, towns, and metropolises to provide long-term responses that respect social, health, and ecological criteria? What types of actions are implemented in major French cities?

Urban France and its members provide answers to these questions in this study published on 14 January 2020. It brings together 21 contributions from metropolises, large cities and conurbations, which help identify, through concrete initiatives, how they act against food insecurity. These contributions are enriched by the cross-examination of three experts who, each in their own way, recall elements of context that are essential for understanding a subject that is proving to be complex.
