FAO joins Nourish Scotland, IPES-Food and other partners for the launch of the Glasgow Food and Climate Declaration.

The Glasgow Declaration opens the road to the COP26, and it is a commitment by local governments to tackle climate emergency through integrated food policies, and a call on national governments to act.

The launch webinar on December 14th will mark the opening for signatories and will be joined by City Mayors and Delegates of Barcelona, Glasgow, Milan, New Haven, Paris, Quito and Surakarta; Mairi Gougeon MSP, Scottish Minister for Rural Affairs and the Natural Environment, and Jamie Morrison for FAO.
