本简报是系列简报的一部分,旨在提请注意通过世界粮食安全委员会(粮安委)制定的五项全球规范性文书和联合国粮食及农业组织(粮农组织)《粮食安全和扶贫背景下保障可持续小规模渔业自愿准则》(《保障可持续小规模渔业自愿准则》)的相辅相成性质。与《保障可持续小规模渔业自愿准则》直接相关的五项粮安委文书是粮安委《支持在国家粮食安全范围内逐步实现充足食物权的自愿准则》(《充足食物权自愿准则》)、粮安委《国家粮食安全范围内土地、渔业和森林权属负责任治理自愿准则》(《土地权属治理自愿准则》)、粮安委《农业和粮食系统负责任投资原则》(《负责任投资原则》)、粮安委《长期危机中保障粮食安全和营养行动框架》(《行动框架》)以及《粮食体系和营养自愿准则》(《自愿准则》)。
