The Praia Commitment #14 that was adopted by the participants of the First International Forum on Water Scarcity in Agriculture is to "Integrate climate-smart agriculture and innovative practices, including drought/salt tolerant crops". Four of WASAG’s working groups are custodians of this commitment and as such, WASAG is working on integrating climate-smart agriculture in countries such as Cabo Verde.
