◦ cooperating on work programmes;

◦ sharing and disseminating knowledge and experience; 

◦ developing new or improved solutions; 

◦ promoting sustainable and integrated water resources management; 

◦ building capacity of Partners and countries and other Stakeholders; 

◦ contributing to consistent monitoring systems.
