Rural Women: Leadership, Justice and the Future of Agriculture

FADEMUR will hold the event “Rural Women: Leadership, Justice and the Future of Agriculture” on 5 March at FAO headquarters. This dialogue space will bring together women farmers and livestock keepers, institutional representatives and international organizations. The meeting will feature two panel discussions and one participatory session, focusing on the exchange of experiences, the assessment of public policies and the development of proposals to move towards more just, sustainable and equal agrifood systems.
FADEMUR celebrará el próximo 5 de marzo en la sede de la FAO la jornada internacional “Mujeres Rurales: Liderazgo, Justicia y Futuro en la Agricultura”, un espacio de diálogo que reunirá a agricultoras, ganaderas, representantes institucionales y organizaciones internacionales. El encuentro contará con dos mesas de diálogos y una mesa participativa en las que se abordarán intercambio de experiencias, evaluación de políticas públicas y la elaboración de propuestas para avanzar hacia una agricultura más justa, sostenible e igualitaria.
