On 12 June, FAO marks the World Day Against Child Labour. The theme of this year’s World Day event is hazardous child labour. The opening remarks by Daniel Gustafson, Deputy Director-General (Programmes), will be followed by a dialogue among FAO and ILO colleagues in HQ and the field. The discussion will focus on the main dangers facing children in agriculture and what FAO is doing to address the problem in agriculture, forestry and fisheries.
