In UNSC resolution 2417 the link between hunger and conflict is addressed, pointing to the need for early warning, early action and to invest in resilience by safeguarding agriculture-based livelihoods as an essential contribution towards preventing and responding to food crisis. This seminar will focus on how the RBAs can implement this resolutionand focus on the humanitarian-development nexus.
