The President of the Council of Ministers of Italy, ministers of Nicaragua, Timor-Leste, Mali and vice-ministers of Finland and United Arab Emirates will be joined by the Rome-based UN Agency Heads at the global World Food Day ceremony held at FAO headquarters in Rome on 16 October.
The ceremony will be followed by a lecture on food, agriculture and sustainable development by Professor Jeffrey D. Sachs.
