This Master Plan supports the operationalization of Tanzania´s objective for expanding access to modern energy services in rural areas. The main report covers the findings and recommendations of the Rural Electricity Supply Plan (RESP) and the Cooking Energy Action Plan (CEAP), the implementation strategies, program financing, and monitoring and evaluation.
