The Strategy outlines five key actions that the government will take: 1) bridging the supply gap for clean cooking solutions; 2) bridging the affordability gap for the demand side; 3) promoting local manufacturing and fuel production for local use and export; 4) reframing and raising awareness on the role of clean cooking; and 5) instituting accountability, planning, and continuous tracking of progress. It joins the dots between the existing fuel-specific strategies, such as the Bioenergy Strategy, the Bioethanol Masterplan, the LPG Growth Strategy, and the Electric Cooking Strategy, aiming to create a cohesive enabling environment.
