INRA and CIRAD produced an updated report proposing a characterization of the French agricultural holdings based on data coming from the censuses 2000 and 2010.  A comparison is initiated and leads to trends of transformations achieved during these last 10 years in France.
 
The report builds on the outcomes of the discussions, which followed its presentation to CEP ( Centre d’études et de Prospective du MAAF, France) in January 2015 and is enriched by field works led in Région Languedoc Roussillon (South of France) and 13 interviews to bring light on the recent evolution of the agricultural productive structure.
