In celebration of World Food Day, this contest seeks to create a space for reflection and creativity among our students around two of the greatest challenges of our time: ensuring access to food and reducing food loss and waste.
As part of this event, the “Solidarity Food Table” will be available — an initiative that encourages the sharing of food in good condition for those who need it most. On our campus, this simple yet meaningful gesture will begin with the installation of a table where fruits or non-perishable products (such as canned goods) can be placed so that anyone may take them freely. This action not only raises awareness about the value of food but also sends a powerful message of solidarity and community commitment.
