The Best Practices Programme

The Best Practices Programme is one of the most important platforms of the World Exhibitions. FAO was selected as a judge for one of the focal areas.

Out of a total of five winning UN projects, FAO has two. The others come from WFP, UNEP and UNICEF. The two winning FAO projects are the Mountain Partnership, and a cross border project (Karamoja Cluster) that implements an integrated approach to resource sharing and livestock coordination for more peaceful and sustainable communities.

FAO is presenting the Cross-border project at Expo from 2 – 6 October 2021 to represent the project and the Mountain Partnership  from 10 Dec – 15 Dec 2021.
