FAO organized a half-day awareness event focused on achieving the right to food through a holistic approach and youth involvement. The event featured two panel discussions: the first centered on agricultural land use, agrifood sector organization, and food security challenges like dependency on external markets. The second was a dynamic role-play where students from the Armenian National Agrarian University presented innovative solutions, such as sustainable farming initiatives and financial incentives for eco-friendly practices. Side events included a Young Painters’ Performance on the cultural ties to food and an Agrifood Production Fair showcasing local products, from honey to fresh vegetables, fostering direct connections between attendees and local producers.
