Exhibition on Sustainable Food System A Collective Journey - Everyone's Responsibility

'Sustainable Food System Exhibition' and 'Fair Trade' Awareness Program on the Occasion of World Food Day 2025! At Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra - 416004 The Department of Food Science and Technology at Shivaji University, Kolhapur is set to celebrate World Food Day 2025 with great enthusiasm. To mark the occasion and raise public awareness, two significant events have been organized. On Wednesday, 15th October 2025, a poster exhibition on Sustainable Food Systems is organized, focusing on the theme “Farm to Future.” The exhibition is lead by M.Sc. Food Science and Technology students and aimed to highlight the responsibilities of each stakeholder within the food system, promoting a deeper understanding of how sustainable practices can shape the future of food. Additionally, on Thursday, 16th October 2025, a guidance and awareness program is organized in collaboration with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Kolhapur, specifically for Food Business Operators (FBOs) and Consumers.
