Explore FAO’s Conscious Kitchen at Fondazione Sozzani

Come discover SEEDS: a weekend in Milan dedicated to care, culture, and community. 10–11 May 2025 | Fondazione Sozzani, Via Bovisasca 87, Milan

Milan (Italy), 10/05/2025 - 11/05/2025

On 10 and 11 May , FAO will take part in the inaugural edition of SEEDS in Milan, organized by Fondazione Sozzani in Via Bovisasca 87. This initiative invites to rediscover our deep connection with the natural world through an experiential journey that blends botany, art, and cuisine.

For this occasion, FAO will present the Conscious Kitchen, an interactive installation focused on food sustainability that encourages visitors to reflect on their food habits and make more mindful choices — a call, perfectly aligned with the spirit of SEEDS, to plant and cultivate a collective environmental consciousness. At the FAO stand, people will also take part in an interactive challenge on food loss and waste, while also discovering surprising facts and simple actions that can lead to a more sustainable food future.

Visitors will also be able to learn more about the upcoming Museum and Network on Food and Agriculture (FAO MuNe), which will be inaugurated at FAO Headquarters in Rome on 16 October 2025 to mark the Organization’s 80th anniversary and World Food Day.

Whether you’re passionate about sustainability, curious to explore new ways of living in harmony with nature or simply looking for inspiration, SEEDS is open to everyone. It’s an opportunity to walk together toward a more mindful and caring world. Save the date!
