FAO Talks

As part of FAO’s global “365 Days of Action” campaign, celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Organization and World Food Day, FAO is launching FAO Talks in Türkiye, a university panel series under the theme “Food and Agriculture: Talking for a Better Future Together”. The initiative aims to engage youth in discussions on food literacy, nutrition, climate change, biodiversity and sustainable consumption, fostering dialogue and action for agrifood systems transformation.

In partnership with Migros, a top-tier retailer in Türkiye, these interactive panels will combine FAO’s expertise with Migros’s communication reach to raise awareness and inspire youth participation in building sustainable, inclusive and resilient food systems. Each session will feature expert speakers and be moderated by renowned nutritionist Dilara Koçak, creating a dynamic platform for knowledge-sharing and youth empowerment.
