The Chamber of Commerce of Genoa in cooperation with the University of Genoa, SINU (Italian Society of Human Nutrition) and the Ligurian Center for Productivity, is organising a series of high-level and tailor-made training events for Genova Liguria Gourmet restaurateurs and caterers in preparation for the FAO World Food Day 2024 and “The Food Science, Sport and Health Conference”.
The first event will take place on the 16th of October at the IPSEOA Marco Polo, where Genova Liguria Gourmet restaurateurs will be asked to develop healthy and sustainable recipes specifically designed for athletes, respecting the local culinary tradition, and caterers will present a healthy and sustainable Genova Liguria Gourmet lunch box formula.
