The Government of the Federated States of Micronesia and FAO will co-host a public event in Palikir, Pohnpei to celebrate World Food Day 2025. Government officials, farmers associations and community members are invited to visit awareness booths from FSM Agriculture Programs/Projects: o GCF Food Security Project o Small Island Food and Water Project o GEF6 FSM Invasive Alien Species Project o Urban & Community Forestry Program o Forest Stewardship Program At the event, participants will also receive food crops, planting materials and education materials on healthy eating.
