Students of Holy Cross Higher Secondary School, Dimapur are taking part in a special activity — “Planting a Vegetable Plant and Tending to It.” On October 16, students will bring their grown plants to share with a parent, teacher, or fellow student — anyone who would love to take it home and continue the care! This event is organised by Holy Cross School, Dimapur and supported by Native Foodscape Foundation. Each participant is also encouraged to:
*Write a handwritten note to raise awareness about the World Food Day 2025 theme.
*Share their experience of nurturing their vegetable plant.
*Inspire others to make small but meaningful changes — like growing their own food at home!
