In honour of World Food Day, this interesting event will showcase the highlight Spice in Culture and History in Grenada. It will encompass Spice Trail Storytelling through a public discussion/exhibit on the global spice trade, highlighting how spices have shaped cuisines and cultures. The culinary arts will come alive with the Cultural Cooking Demos which will feature dishes from different regions using signature spice blends, with recipe cards for attendees.
