The Chamber of Commerce of Genoa in cooperation with the University of Genoa, SINU (Italian Society of Human Nutrition) and the Ligurian Center for Productivity, is organizing a series of high-level educational event about sustainable food and sport nutrition: “The Food Science, Sport and Health Conference".
On the 21st of November, during the morning session of the conference, trained restaurateurs will have the opportunity to present to all participants their own recipe adapted to the nutritional needs of athletes of a specific sporting discipline in collaboration with a sport nutrition and sustainability expert and a professional athlete. Afterwards, the conference participants will be able to experience the “Genova Liguria Gourmet Food Experience for Sports”, a finger food tasting experience created by Genova Liguria Gourmet restaurateurs, which will be set up in cooperation with the certified Genova Liguria Gourmet catering at the Palazzo della Borsa in the circle surroundings the conference, representing a unique chance for restaurateurs to experience dissemination and an excellent opportunity for visibility.
