The Chamber of Commerce of Genoa in cooperation with the University of Genoa, SINU (Italian Society of Human Nutrition) and the Ligurian Center for Productivity is organizing a series of high-level educational event about sustainable food and sport nutrition: “The Food Science, Sport and Health Conference”.
Thanks to the knowledge acquired during a specific training session on principles of healthy and sustainable diets, sport nutrition and sustainable packaging and FCMs, Genova Liguria Gourmet caterers will present and serve the “Sustainable Genova Liguria Gourmet for Sports Lunch Box” on the 22nd of November lunch at the conference. The box will be set with typical Ligurian recipes adapted to athletes and a special energy bar designed by University of Genoa and SINU experts in collaboration with Ligurian pastry chefs inspired to the recipe of a typical dessert named “PANDOLCE”.
