An interactive online Training of Trainers (ToT) designed to empower hospitality professionals with the knowledge and tools to promote sustainable, nutritious, and safe food practices.
The participants will learn how sustainability, nutrition, and food safety are interconnected—and gain practical strategies for local sourcing, waste reduction, safer cooking methods, and healthier menu design.
Post- training, the participants will conduct a micro-training at their workplaces, helping spread responsible and healthy culinary practices across ITC Hotels.
