1. The Advisory Committee on Fisheries Research (ACFR) held its Second Session at FAO Headquarters, Rome, Italy, from 6 to 9 December 1999.
2. The Session was attended by all eight members of the Committee and by FAO staff, and was chaired by Mr M. Sissenwine. The List of Participants is attached as Appendix B.
