CAMEROON:

Rainfall was abundant in the west in late April and early May and normal over the rest of the country. It decreased in mid-May and resumed during the last dekad. In June, rains decreased significantly in the south but remained normal in the north, allowing the planting of millet and sorghum. The first maize crop is developing satisfactorily in the centre.
