CHAIRMAN: We will now resume our discussion on the remaining item, on Arrangements for the Session, and Provisional Agenda for the Conference.
If you recall, we closed for lunch and during the lunch hour consultations, contacts were made and have been made which in all probability make the task of Council easier because it may now be possible to reach some compromise which may satisfy all sides.
